Every contract evolves - terms get added, changed, or removed. But sometimes definitions stay behind, unused and unnoticed.
Unused Defined Terms helps you identify and clean up those leftover definitions before they cause confusion.
🔍 What It Does
This feature automatically detects defined terms that are never used anywhere in your document.
When found, these terms are flagged as potential issues for review.
🧭 How It’s Displayed
In the Defined Terms section, unused terms appear with a special symbol:
⚠️ Example:Customer⚠️ → means “Customer” is defined but not used in the document.
This simple visual cue makes it easy to scan and identify unnecessary definitions at a glance.

Why it matters
- Prevents clutter from unused or outdated definitions
- Improves contract clarity & precision.
- Helps reviewers focus on real, relevant terms.
